I’ve arrived to my country safely with the great hospitality and services offered by Nice Tour Bali through out my 5 days in Bali. As an island lover and frequent travelers, I always prefer the budget way to travel across Asean countries. Thus, hiring a tour guide has never ever comes to my mind. This is my first time using a tour guide and guest what, it was not as skeptical as what I thought and surprisingly their service is excellent!
Mr. Dwi has never failed to reply my email all the time. I’ve probably changed my itinerary several times and he is always attentive to my queries and request by giving necessary comments and suggestions when needed. We faced a small hiccups during the trip and Mr. Dwi provides advises to us and even follow up for us after that. I was not expecting him to remember my small incident but his concern does makes me felt I’m care for.
My tour guide, Mr. Budi is one of the cheerful and knowledgeable tour guide I’ve ever met. He speak fluent English and has strong general knowledge in local and international news/politics, history culture, lifestyle, and many more. He can talks about the whole world with you, probably this is his profession and experience gained through out his 10 years tour guide career. His flexibility of adjusting the itinerary based on weather and condition of his client of the day is just simply helpful and resourceful. He takes care of his clients carefully and makes me feel safe and comfortable to tour around the crowded tourist area. Not forget to mention, he is always 15 mins earlier than schedule, very punctual even rain or shine.
With all these, now I know I have not make a mistake for taking a tour for the first time ever, in Bali. Keep up the good work, hope to see you continuously offer quality service to your clients.

P/s: we’ve got a very comfortable Toyota Innova through out the whole trip. If I were to comment 1 thing, if you can provide adequate mineral water daily, that would be perfect!
